During our initial meeting, Lillian listened to our ideas, and incorporated them into her drawings. As a matter of fact, she created several innovative layouts for our kitchen, far more than any other kitchen designer that I had consulted! After we narrowed-down our selection, Lillian produced beautiful renderings to help us visualize the design, which we found extremely helpful. When we decided to expand our renovation to include updating our staircases, powder room, main floor laundry room, living room, dining room, and the main floor hallways, Lillian made suggestions and collaborated with us to create more functional living spaces. She recommended competitively-priced retailers and wholesalers, and even accompanied me to their showrooms. She provided personal assistance and design advice when I was selecting flooring, countertops, cabinets, windows, baseboards, crown molding, door handles, coat cabinet doors and more. She also managed the extensive contractor's work which included relocating our ductwork, plumbing, widening doorways, constructing LVL's, 2 coat cabinets, removing carpet, sanding and staining our staircases, installing new railings, pot lights throughout the main floor, kitchen windows, and the subsequent masonry electrical work.
