We were drawn to Pulsar because of their good online reviews, and after we met with Lillian, we knew we found our kitchen designer. Lillian worked with us to come up with several layout options based on our initial concept. We ended up going with one that we had not even contemplated. To help us picture the end product, she provided us with multiple visual simulations. She even integrated a picture of our backyard so she could include the views from the windows into her simulations! She worked with us for cabinet and island colour selection to match our flooring and furniture and she helped with countertop and backsplash selection and layout so it would flow seamlessly. She even gave us pain...

Great experience working with Pulsar on a fair-sized reno of two floors of our house (large bookshelves, fireplace mantel, built-in storage units) in Winter-Spring 2026. Lillian provided 3D renderings of the designs to help us align on details which was very helpful. Once the install got going, Vlad and Kevin spent many days doing fine-detail carpentry to seamlessly integrate shelving and storage into a 100-year old home with its fair share of quirky angles. We felt glad to have hired pros who anticipated design issues that could easily have been overlooked, and we would gladly work with Pulsar again on a larger project.

We hired Pulsar Design to renovate our kitchen in 2024. This included the design, construction and installation. We were thrilled with the final results. Lillian has great attention to detail and outside-the-box ideas. The construction crew, Breen Construction Services, as well as the electricians, painters, etc., were exceptional. Egor and Vlad installed the cabinets with great precision and care. The final fit and finish was outstanding. We gave it four stars because the project took far more time than initially projected. It was projected to be 3-4 months and ended up being eight months.

Lillian and Vlad did our kitchen renovation over 20 years ago. We were thrilled with the results at the time and I am happy to say we are just as pleased with our kitchen today. Lilian really listened to us and customized the kitchen to meet our needs. For example thanks to Lillian we have a corner sink which another designer told me could not be done. The quality of the design, workmanship and materials was excellent and she really maximized the storage space in our small kitchen.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Pulsar Design on our kitchen. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated impeccable listening and a true understanding of what we wanted. They were patient, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive to every detail, which made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. The design itself is absolutely beautiful - exactly what we had envisioned, and even better in execution. The quality of the product and the level of craftsmanship speak for themselves, and the value for the money is exceptional. What truly sets Pulsar Design apart is their customer service. The experience was one of excellence from start to finish, with clear com...
